The multicolor LED lighting added a unique touch, and the kitchenette offered just what I needed for a cozy meal. I wish there were more kitchen supplies like detergent and sponges for washing up after. I look forward to returning for another relaxing getaway!

The location was perfect, nestled midway between Windermere and Bowness, ideal for accessing shops and dining options while still maintaining a quieter atmosphere. I faced a significant letdown regarding the kitchenette. This became problematic since my wife is Celiac, and cooking our meals was key for us. The price felt steep given what was offered. There were minor inconveniences, like an erratic shower smell and the noise from the pub next door, but nothing too major. it was still an enjoyable stay despite a few disappointing aspects.

Room sizes felt cramped, especially for families!!! Poor temperature control meant unbearable warmth for several guests, making it hard to relax during the stay!!!

The towel radiator made the room uncomfortably hot at night, which could be a nuisance for light sleepers. Even with a fan, I found the noise from the fridge disruptive, needing earplugs to catch some sleep. The check-in code was inconveniently sent via text instead of email, causing a slight delay in getting settled. it would have been nicer if that was clearer upfront.
